Roulez has been specifically designed for long distance triathletes. Cycling and triathlon trainings are quite different. As a triathlete, you’ll have to run a half or full marathon after your cycling leg. So yes, you need to do interval workouts to improve your power and be faster, but you also need to do long, intense rides to improve your endurance so you’ll be fresh for the run. Whatever the training you choose, you'll always perform it on Mont-Tremblant or Lake Placid courses. You'll get precise instructions of what to do. You'll have the choice to follow your power or %FTP, your heart rate or your perceived exertion on a scale of 1 to 10. At all times, you'll see the countdown timer, your position in km/mi on the course, the elevation, the next two minutes of training in terms of FTP/FTHR/RPE, the slope of the road and the TSS points. When doing intervals, you will also have the interval clock. REQUIREMENT Since this app is streaming video from a server, an internet connection is required. NOTE If you use a smart trainer, power meter, heart rate, cadence or speed sensor, they need to be Bluetooth LE compatible to interface with the app. This app can also be used without Bluetooth sensors.
